Nonprofit Partners

Change a Life Foundation provides grants to individuals by creating partnerships with nonprofit organizations who identify individuals in need through case management that could benefit from the Foundation’s funding. Nonprofit organizations are selected by Change a Life Foundation because their mission and vision reflects that of the Foundation and they are dedicated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people they serve. A strong and active partnership between Change a Life Foundation and the nonprofit is key to running an effective individual granting program. Change a Life Foundation works directly with the case management staff, social workers, and development teams at the nonprofits to assist and support them in identifying the strongest potential grant recipients. By working together Change a Life Foundation is able to provide helpful resources and guidance to support individuals towards life change.

Currently, Change a Life Foundation partners with over 99 nonprofit organizations throughout California. The Foundation works with these nonprofits in several California counties.
